The indoor pool uses a saltwater system, is 25 meters long and ranges from 1.2meters to 3.2meters deep. The water was clear and clean, so swimming was enjoyable. There are plenty of shower rooms, though they weren’t perfectly clean, they were acceptable. It’s conveniently located in midtown, and the ample parking is handy too.

The facilities are clean and nice, but the receptionist was incredibly rude. I can't understand how people manage to live here month after month with someone like that at the front desk. The worst receptionist I've ever dealt with.

A man comes to the pool every night at 9 and insists on taking the middle lane. Even if someone got there first and there are other lanes free, he cuts across and swims ahead to take it back. He has kicked people in the process, then acts like it was an accident.

The rooms and surroundings are really nice, but the service, especially at reception, is awful. They don't want to answer questions and act as if residents are staying for free. I wouldn't recommend living here.

We pay 7,500 THB each month for the room alone, with extra fees on top, so the poor service is hard to accept. The WiFi is especially frustrating: it's often weak or completely out. I've reported it several times, but nobody has made a real effort to fix it. We depend on internet for work and everyday life, and it feels like the staff stop caring about residents once they've been paid.
