Ada Apartment

I was bringing a package for a resident who had asked me to leave it at the counter. I saw two resident staff using their computers, so I knocked at the first door, then at the door where the receptionist was yelling, and went in. She spoke to me in a fed-up, condescending way. I asked her not to yell and said she could have put it more politely, but she answered back in the same tone. Later, I told her there was a water package for the resident in room 110. She said to leave it there and that it wasn't her responsibility, then told me irritably to read the sign. She said she'd read it two or three times. The receptionist was a fair-skinned woman around 45, and she spoke harshly and looked annoyed. I work in customer service, and a receptionist should have a good manner. The apartment shouldn't have hired someone like this to look after residents, though maybe she was the owner, I don't know. People can decide for themselves if this was appropriate.

It’s a quiet, safe place to stay, close to Big C Bang Pakok. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was impressed by the service. A really relaxing spot.

The service was good and the rooms were clean. There just aren’t many parking spaces.

Everything else was great, but the Wi-Fi really needs work. I couldn’t download anything with either the free code or the paid one. Thanks.
