So, so great! The free Wi-Fi can save you 600 to 700 baht a month, and unlike at some other places, bedding is already provided. The landlady is incredibly kind and helpful. My friend arrived at 3am, and the landlady kindly took her to get a Thai SIM card. She treats everyone staying there like family, and I’m still amazed by how thoughtful she is. She also said we could use the kitchen, which most Thai accommodations don’t have.

A friendly family business that’s run well. The rooms are large and clean, and the price is very good. It’s in a quiet part of the city, but still within walking distance of lively nightlife, good restaurants, and the famous weekend market. Highly recommended.

For a daily rental, 400 baht seems reasonable, with a 100 baht key deposit. Longer stays get a discount. The room has a refrigerator, water heater, two towels, and two small bars of soap. The elderly lady who owns the place is friendly and easy to talk to. It’s by the Somthawil canal, close to the hospital and bus station, with plenty of food options nearby.
