The location is great, the rooms are decent, and the man at reception was helpful. There was also a young boy at the desk who was very helpful. Until checkout day, I wasn’t unhappy with our stay. Service wasn’t bad, but we had to remind them about cleaning, towels, the shower pressure, and bathroom issues. We asked politely and didn’t act entitled. At breakfast the day before checkout, everyone else got a yogurt drink but us. I put it down to human error. The omelette was very salty too, and I thought the same. On checkout morning, we didn’t get the usual salad. I asked the woman at reception, who I believe was the owner, and she ignored me. I saw her talking and laughing with another woman about it. The fruit we got was different from everyone else’s, but I let it go. The omelette was even saltier than the day before, and I didn’t want to make a fuss. Then I noticed that my husband and I were again the only ones without yogurt. I asked her for some and got no answer. I’d had enough by then. It wasn’t about the yogurt, salad, or salty omelette. It was how we were being treated, and we weren’t imagining it. I went to the counter and asked the woman for yogurt. She said, “no have,” while I could see everyone who arrived after us being served. That didn’t seem like a mistake, it seemed deliberate. We visit Thailand quite often, but I’d never stay at this hotel again. Lesson learned: read the reviews before booking. Unhappy guest at Krabi Cozy Place, Krabi.

This has been my home away from home for years. I always end up extending my stays, and this time I booked two months straight away. It’s comfortable and delightful for me every time. The location is central and within walking distance of what you need, yet the street is very quiet. Rooms are spacious, balconies are big, and the pool and garden surroundings are lovely, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is huge and amazing. The owner’s family is lovely, and the staff take care of everything I need. Definitely my first choice.

The staff were lovely and the service was great. The room and pool area were clean, and the pool itself was nice. Having pool access from the first floor was great. Breakfast was really good: you choose your egg and bacon or ham, with bread, butter, jam, lots of fruit, and cake. It’s a quiet area just around the corner from Maharaja Street, with a short walk to the Night Market, Vouge Shopping Center, and plenty of nice restaurants, including The Gekko Cabane and Tin Grill. I’d stay at Krabi Cozy Place Hotel again.

The service was excellent throughout, and breakfast was great. It’s a quiet spot near the downtown markets, shops, and waterfront. The pitcher plants in the courtyard alone deserve ten stars!
