A relaxed place with lovely staff and good air conditioning. The room was clean, though the bathroom could’ve been cleaner.

There’s lots nearby, with restaurants, massage places and shops in pleasant surroundings, and the pier and market are about a five-minute walk away. I’ve stayed several times and had a pleasant visit each time. Kyo Ngean Mansion is a clean, comfortable Thai hotel run by a very kind family, and the premises are quiet. I’d recommend it to peers looking for a warm welcome.

The bar next door made a little noise, but it wasn’t too bad. We had a view over part of Krabi, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. You get a lot for the price.

We spent a week there and I’d stay again. It was really nice for the price, and the people were helpful and pleasant.

I’d rate this hotel two or three stars, rather than just one.
