We'd just arrived, and if it hadn't been so late, I'd have looked for somewhere else. Booking.com gave an address in another part of the village. We called the listed number, but she couldn't help at all, so we had to walk all the way here with 30kg backpacks. We got the apartment on the third floor. There's no lift, but that wouldn't have been a problem if we hadn't had to walk here. The loft looked okay at first, until we noticed the stained bedsheets and sofa, and a dirty table with what was probably food from previous guests. Then there were ants on the table, on the bed, and all over the floor. Basically an anthill. A warm thank you to the manager for that welcome. Morning update: during the night the ants went wild. Now they're in all our bags, on our clothes, everywhere. They're coming on vacation with us. We'll ask them to pay their share of the trip.

The location is great, but being right in front of the night market means you hear its music from around 4pm until about midnight. Getting up to the third floor was really hard, and there's no elevator. The place seems very new, but it wasn't clean: the bedding was clean, while the floor had dead bugs and a lot of hair from different people.

There were no staff around and no check-in instructions had been provided before we arrived. There's no elevator, so it's not suitable for older guests or anyone with a large suitcase. The room and toilet were extremely worn, and the sheets, blankets, and towels were dirty.

The location in Krabi Town was great, and we were on the third floor in a fairly large room. The surface of the air conditioner was very dirty, there was a clump of hair on the carpet, and the cleaning hadn't been thorough. The towels didn't smell fresh, and we had tiny ants in the room, moving along in a line.

The room was large and clean, with good amenities for an affordable price. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with shampoo, soap, and other supplies. If it rains, you can watch Netflix on the TV. There are lots of markets around. The hotel also has a fridge and microwave in the common area for cooking or heating food. Just note, the entrance is in the back alley of the building.
