I enjoyed staying here. The reception was good, my fan room was clean, and there's a 7/11 conveniently nearby. Parking was good too, and the price was affordable.

For what it costs, this is a good hotel.

The room was just okay, and the shower had no water. It cost 700 baht. The older man at reception didn't understand anything, so getting information or sorting out the problem was really difficult.

We have staff here 24 hours, so why didn't you tell the front desk about the air conditioning and the water not being warm? You might not know how to adjust it, and amenities differ between rooms. P kai asked whether paying that much means you get every service you want, but that's impossible. It's not appropriate to complain this way without telling anyone. If you'd reported the problems to staff and they hadn't improved, that would be different. Otherwise, we wouldn't have had regular customers staying with us since we opened.
