The Nest Krabi Hotel (SHA Plus+)

We had a stable internet connection, which made working remotely easy. The Nest Krabi was a comfortable, peaceful base, and we’d happily recommend it to travellers looking for a quiet place just outside the main hub. Even though it’s close to a main road and hospital, we heard surprisingly little street noise and slept well every night on the comfortable bedding. A few local restaurants are across the street, and the 7‑Eleven is five minutes away. It was easy to walk into Krabi city centre along the well-kept promenade, and we had no trouble getting picked up or dropped off by Grab. It worked well for a longer stay, with shops, dining, and the city centre still easy to reach.

Free bikes are available to hire, though we didn’t use them. There’s a downstairs seating area for eating, and the rooftop has a really nice view over the mangrove forest. The mangrove walk is less than five minutes away, and it’s a nice 20-minute walk into town. A 7/11 is also under five minutes on foot. We had a twin room for three nights. The hotel was peaceful, and the staff were kind, welcoming, and always smiling. They offered daily room cleaning, and it was very clean. The room was a good size with a nice balcony, plus a TV with Netflix and YouTube, tea, coffee, water, and a large fridge. The price was very reasonable. I’d recommend it for a budget stay in Krabi town.

It’s a little way from Krabi City Center, but the nearby convenience stores and restaurants are handy. There’s also a Mangrove forest and lookout point just around the corner. The price is good, especially compared with many places closer to the center. The hotel itself is clean and quiet, with a nice view from the room. Service was good, and they cleaned the room daily.

Our room looked out over the jungle and was very clean and quiet. Breakfast at the restaurant directly across the street was great. It’s a bit of a walk to the center. On the way to the docks for boat rides and night markets, walk on the left side so you can stay close to the river/bay.
