I-oon Resort Saraburi

The family room was nicely laid out, with three rooms: two small bedrooms with small bathrooms and a little lounge. That lounge had a really soft, comfortable leather L-shaped sofa. Each room had a TV with YouTube and other options. I thought the air conditioning was broken at first, but after five minutes it got cold, and all the units worked great. The showers were also very good, with lots of pressure and warm water. The pool was a nice extra, and there was an outdoor dining table with four chairs. My two complaints: 3,500 a night for the family room on February 28 was much too expensive, and the beds were too hard.

We hadn't planned well and ended up here at the last minute, but this little hotel was a nice surprise. It's affordable, very clean, and has modern rooms and facilities. The free buffet breakfast was typical Thai food, with a satisfactory selection of hot and cold dishes plus some cereal, fruit, and toast. If you're passing through and need somewhere comfortable for the night, or want to spend a few days in the area, this is a definite go-to option.

The price was very reasonable for two nights at IOON resort. The rooms were clean, service came with a smile, and breakfast was decent. I liked it a lot. There are bungalows or cottages as well as apartment-style options.

What struck me first at Ioon Resort Saraburi was how quiet it was. In that stillness, I could hear leaves rustling softly and birds calling from a distance.
