Check-in was meant to be at 2 PM. We arrived at noon, went for a walk near 7-Eleven while waiting, then came back at 2, only to be told the room needed another 15 minutes of cleaning. We finally got it after 2:30. On checkout day, though, staff knocked exactly at noon and wouldn't allow even 10 extra minutes. There was no air conditioning in the lobby, nobody to help with luggage or show us to the room, and the bathroom door had no lock. The room also lacked a toothbrush, toothpaste, doormat, and cupboard. There was warm water for bathing, but not proper hot water. Food choices were very limited, with only Thai food, whose strong smell may not suit international travellers. Breakfast didn't even have basic cereal. The property was badly maintained and unhygienic, and the surrounding area wasn't pleasant. The stay was horrible and uncomfortable, not worth the money, and I strongly advise against staying here.

The staff were polite and very helpful, and the property was well maintained, so booking here in Phuket turned out to be a good decision. It's a little outside the old town market, but other markets are easy to reach, and Rasada Pier is only about 15 minutes away. I'd recommend this hotel.

They only had Thai food, and the smell was hard for people from other countries to tolerate. Breakfast didn't even have a basic cereal option to get by.

Nice, clean medium-sized pool, and complimentary breakfast, though it was the same menu every day. Housekeeping and reception were polite and friendly, and the ambience was very good. Food and grocery shops are about a kilometre's walk away.
