We spent a few relaxing nights here. It’s close to the airport and right in the middle of lively Naiyang, though the area wasn’t busy or rowdy. A good fit if you want a quiet, laid-back vacation. The name may have changed from the old name +spa to Naiyang Beach Resort. The rooms range from an old four-level building tucked at the far back of the resort, which means a long walk, to multi-unit bungalows mostly around the four pools. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. There are plenty of options outside, so next time I might book without breakfast. The location is convenient for the amenities around Naiyang Beach, but next time I’ll try a smaller beachfront hotel.

We only spent one night here and wished we’d booked more. The room was roomy, had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable for a couple. The staff were really kind, and airport transfers are free. The hotel area is about 10 minutes from the ocean. You can take lovely walks at sundown, or go shopping and enjoy wellness activities near the hotel or beach. We’d totally recommend this resort. Great place for a great, cheap price.

The calm atmosphere, lush gardens, and well-kept grounds made this a really relaxing stay. There’s direct access to a clean, quiet beach, and the pools and location add to the laid-back feel. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had plenty of options. A wonderful stay from start to finish. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.

The room was VERY clean, with daily service that included mopping the floor and changing the sheets. The staff, especially the housekeepers, were very kind and polite. The area and hotel seem to draw lots of Russian tourists, much like this part of Thailand in general. There aren’t many good places to eat nearby. It’s mostly street food trucks, and they all seem to offer the same menu. One odd downside for a seaside hotel with four pools: you can borrow just one beach towel per day. You can’t take two, and there’s no exchange if yours gets wet. 🧐
