The biggest downside was the late noise. The hotel sits next to a boxing stadium, and on event nights the music was so loud that even wearing earplugs I couldn’t sleep until it stopped around 11:30pm. If you’re a light sleeper or need early mornings, that can really affect the stay. Without that, this could have been amazing. If late noise doesn’t bother you, or you’re there on non-event days, it might suit you. Otherwise, think about it carefully before booking. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and clearly well maintained. The cleaners did a great job every day, and the bed was comfortable to come back to after being out. The restaurant was another good point, with a nice space and a good range of food that we enjoyed. It’s worth considering if you just want to eat there. The staff were friendly too. Overall it was a mixed experience, so 3 stars.

Right in the busy center of Patong, Tiger Hotel in Phuket is close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The lively setting suited me, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I had a very good stay.

We had a larger, more comfortable room waiting for us after mentioning on Booking that we were on our honeymoon. The communication there was quick and really friendly. Staff also helped us plan the rest of our trip, shared useful recommendations, and arranged discounts on onward transfers. The restaurant food was excellent, and our room was very clean, with daily service and fresh towels. They were wonderful hosts. I’d strongly recommend the hotel to anyone who values kind service and great food.

It’s in a great location, but outside noise made it hard to rest. The price is low, though I expected better service since that’s crucial in a hotel. The evening receptionist was rude to my partner. On top of that, the jacuzzi/bathtub didn’t work properly and flooded our room, costing us half a day.
