Everything else was fine, but the night receptionist let the stay down. They seemed very lazy, had poor communication skills, and couldn’t speak basic English, which made things difficult. That unprofessional behavior affected my overall experience and lowered my rating. I hope management looks into it and improves staff training so guests have a better experience.

The price was cheap, but the room was dark, with no smart TV, and the bathroom had no exhaust fan. There was gecko poop on the floor when we checked in, and mosquitoes too. No swimming pool or other facilities.

Wouldn’t recommend staying here. The staff were very rude and weren’t willing to talk. Our room was far too dark, there was no bathroom exhaust, and there was even a gas controller in the room.

The room wasn’t ready until 3pm, even though check-in was at 2pm. When we finally got in, the linen was dirty and used. I informed the reservation desk, but it still wasn’t changed. There’s no hot water kettle, coffee machine, or toiletries, and the shower had no hot water. The rooms aren’t good. On checkout day, a staff member came at 9.30 and told us to leave, even though checkout was at 12am, then argued with us. This place was a waste of money. Please avoid booking it.

Parking the car and motorcycle right in front of the room was super convenient. Superb quality for the price.
