Everything else was fine, and the staff were great. I'd like hand towels and a small bar of soap by the washbasin for washing hands. I mentioned the suggestion to them earlier too ^^

The staff and hotel were great. A good choice for either a short stay or a longer one.

We arrived exhausted, and they offered us an upgrade that I didn't accept. After that, they put us in an old room with ants and bedbugs. The service was awful. When I told them about the nightmare I'd gone through the night before, they laughed in my face. I wouldn't sleep there again even if they paid me. I had to book another night because I couldn't sleep, and they said changing rooms would cost an extra 200. Worst management I've ever seen. I've stayed there before, and the room they first offered me in the main building was ten times cleaner. But apparently that one's only available when management feels like it.

I had a fantastic, peaceful room and really enjoyed my three days there. Shops and food are a bit out of the way, but you can order whatever you need at reception, or use Grab.

For a rest before or after a flight, I'd stay here again. It's quite close to Don Mueang Airport, in a pleasant, quiet area. The rooms are clean, stylish, comfortable, and have lots of storage. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I'd suggest ordering dinner through Grab.
