The rooms were clean and I was happy with them. It’s a peaceful place, and good value for the money.

The staff were wonderful, and the rooms were clean and very nice. Good location too. I’ll definitely book here again.

We were six people needing three rooms, and booked at the last minute late in the evening. They still fit us in, and we got a good rate through LINE. The staff made check-in easy and showed us to our rooms. Everyone we dealt with was cheerful and helpful, and the cleaning staff were kind and kept the hotel spotless. I never noticed any dirt. The rooms were modern compared with other places I’ve stayed in Thailand, and really spacious. Some have a nice platform by the window where you can sit and relax. There’s a TV, fridge, simple desk, bed, and an open wardrobe. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower, with enough room. The toilet had a strong flush and was much quieter than in other hotels. The shower was OK. The beds were comfortable, with large pillows and sheets. They’re a little on the firm side, which I liked. If that’s not for you, there are two massage parlors nearby, one right next door. There are several handy vending machines, including 7/11 and Tao-Bin drinks. The laundry area charges 40 baht to wash and another 40 to dry. A 7/11, restaurants, and a hairdresser are close by, but you’ll need a car or taxi to get around. For this price, it was easily the best hotel in the area, maybe even in the country. I’d happily stay again if I’m nearby, and I’m grateful to the staff for looking after me and my family.

We eventually got 200 baht back, but the hotel kept 300 baht over a small, cheap hand towel. At first they wanted to charge 500 baht, which is more than half the price of a night’s stay. I’d used the towel, not a large bath towel, to wipe dust off a hat, and it got dirty. At checkout they kept 500 baht from my deposit, then messaged us after we’d left to say the stain wouldn’t come out. I saw the messages between the hotel and my girlfriend and their timestamps. There didn’t seem to be enough time for a thorough wash. A full cycle in my own washer takes an hour, so I doubt they washed it for more than 15-20 minutes. They said they tried again and the marks remained, but didn’t explain what they did or whether they used whitener. In their reply, management said they’d acted fairly. To me, fairness would mean properly washing the towel, sharing details about that second attempt, and showing a receipt for its actual replacement cost. I seriously doubt a towel like that cost 300-500 baht.
