Anchi at the front desk has excellent English and is great with guests. She really went out of her way to help with whatever you needed, even translating for us. The food and breakfast are enjoyable, and so are the cocktails. The rooms were clean and had decent AC, though a few small touch ups would keep them looking fresh. The hotel has a lovely pool, great views, and comfy loungers. With the wind blowing things in, the pool needs a quick clean more often. There's also algae under the pool seat, and it falls into the water.

We could get around on foot because the location is close to everything, and we didn't need a taxi once. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were wonderful, especially Anchi. As soon as we arrived, they upgraded us to a sea view room at no extra charge. They helped with every request and gave us great tips for food, entertainment, and more. Many thanks to the whole team, and especially Anchi, who was amazing throughout.

For that price, I definitely wouldn't call this a good hotel. The included breakfast had no variety, and we weren't allowed more than two eggs. The staff were arrogant, and housekeeping staff were hanging around in the rooms. Our room had a leak, with water coming through the bathroom wall, so towels were left outside our door. Housekeeping also forgot to restock the toilet paper, and the TV remote had no batteries and didn't work. This was the worst stop on our trip through Thailand. One tip, there's a truly beautiful hotel right next door that costs a bit more, but you definitely get your money's worth there.

Fang was amazing, and the pool and its view are a 10/10. The room is quite basic but nice and clean. A perfect hotel for the Full Moon Party, and we'd recommend it to travellers and party goers coming to Koh Phangang.

We enjoyed every minute here :) The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and feels really high-end. The service was warm and very attentive, and Anchi at the lobby was especially wonderful.
