Everything was clean and comfortable, with good AC, a fridge, an excellent shower and bathroom, and fast, reliable WiFi. The owners were friendly and helpful. It's a new, very nice building in a good spot overlooking the Red Cross HQ beside the governor's residence. My large room had a little balcony for drying clothes, plus a table and chairs by the second window. There was a big LCD TV, though no English channels. They also locked our bicycles in a downstairs room overnight for security, although I don't think that was necessary in Thailand. Free coffee and biscuits were available for breakfast.

The room was quiet, clean, and good, and it was easy to get around from here. Gongta night market, Rassada Bridge, and the morning market across the bridge are convenient to reach. The hotel is also near the Land office and Lampang Museum, with ceramic shops opposite for gifts to take home. There's a free coffee corner in the lobby for hotel guests. Early check-in costs 100 THB. I used the stairs, and I'm not sure whether there's an elevator.
