The resort is easy to reach from the highway, and the pool was only minutes away. There’s a gas station, KFC, and 7-Eleven about a minute on foot. The location worked well for us. I’m not sure why people complain about noise. The rain all night was louder than the traffic outside. We could choose whichever room we wanted since we stayed on a weekday. The staff were pleasant and polite, and checked that we had what we needed. Reception had fluent English speakers, which I really appreciated. The room was perfectly fine, even if it wasn’t anything special. It had been winged ant season, so there were a few remnants inside. A quick sweep would have helped, though I don’t mean that as a complaint. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows soft. We slept like babies. I’d definitely recommend the resort and would come back without hesitation. Keep up the good work.

The deluxe room was okay, though the bed was soft, and the place is pet friendly. Beyond that, I wouldn’t have picked it myself. The building is old, the room was expensive, and it’s about 30 meters from the highway, outside town. We ended up here because the hotel we booked had overbooked and arranged this room for us.

The rooms didn’t look like the pictures. The bathroom was very basic and empty, though otherwise that was fine for a three star hotel. The bed was the problem. The sheets looked yellow and unclean, and it felt like the cleaner had only put the bed back the way it was after the last guest. I couldn’t imagine sleeping there. When I first walked in, the pillows weren’t in place, the blankets were dirty, and there was hair and dust around. The mini fridge door was dusty too.

It’s outside the city and there’s no taxi service. Breakfast was awful, and I didn’t see any security or guards. I wouldn’t go to this hotel.
