The house is lovely, and the homemade breakfast was a nice bonus. There’s also a slow food Japanese restaurant out front. We had the whole floor for four people: two bedrooms, a living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. It was roomy and reasonably priced, with clean, comfortable beds and pillows. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting lamphun.

I liked the mix of practical craftsmanship, minimal and industrial touches, and old or repurposed details. The wooden buildings have plenty of rustic charm, with thoughtful modern features tucked in. It’s in a great spot in the old city, and the front Cafe is an easy place to settle in with a book. I booked an individual room for extra privacy. It’s upstairs in the first building, just behind the Cafe. There are two bedrooms up there, so if the other one is occupied, you share the living room and bathrooms with the other guest. The old school look doesn’t tell the whole story.

The room was clean and had air conditioning, and breakfast was good. The person there was very nice. Just keep in mind the toilet and shower are shared.

The house was lovely and peaceful, and breakfast was the best I had in thailand. It was really inexpensive, too. Highly recommended!
