The parking area was very limited, and reception offered no help with bags, which could be especially difficult for older guests. When I was uncomfortable and asked for my money back, the owner was unhelpful and refused a refund. Agoda could only suggest that I find somewhere else to stay. The room smelled awful, the bathroom was the worst I’ve seen in a hotel, and there were insects all over the room. I also found expired sausages at breakfast. There were no views at all, despite what was advertised, so Agoda should check that claim. Noise from visitors and passing cars was constant. There were no quiet hours, and a party went on until midnight even though loud activity was allowed after 10 PM. It’s not somewhere to get a good night’s sleep. This stay in October 2024 was one of my worst experiences. The place wasn’t worth even 500 THB to me, and I wouldn’t recommend paying to stay there.

The views are good, but the area seems to be struggling for customers. I went to eat at the restaurant at 19:30 and found it closed. If you don’t need hotel facilities, it may be OK; if you want a choice of food and restaurants at night, it isn’t for you. It’s suited to daytime touring, backpackers, and campers. At 1,400 baht a night it didn’t feel worth it, though the area is expensive and the place will need to rethink things to survive. I wouldn’t book again, and if I hadn’t paid for two nights, I wouldn’t have stayed.

It’s reasonably priced, has a good view, and you can park your car right by the house. The water heater works, though some bathroom facilities weren’t in proper condition, and the water in the pot was old.
