Baan Fah Chiang Rai

There’s a campfire area out front, which gives the place a cozy, holiday-home feel. The house is roomy and has what you need to cook, and the price was reasonable. The bathroom was enormous, big enough to lie down in. Great for a family trip.

We had a great time here and I’d stay again if I’m back in Chiang Rai. The kitchen is roomy and has a full set of cookware, and there’s a big lawn and garden with picnic tables. Inside, the living room is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning gets nice and cool. Quiet, cozy, and relaxing.

We were delighted with the house. It has several rooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen with everything needed for cooking. The grounds are lovely and well kept, with a swing and fire pit. Bathrooms also had dental kits, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

The house was clean and roomy, and we could cook there. It’s also close to the local market and a 7-Eleven. We went as six people, and although there were only two bedrooms, the owner didn’t charge us extra and we slept comfortably on the living room sofa. It worked out to just 500 baht per person, really good value. We stayed at the end of February and woke up feeling refreshed. Chui Fong Tea Plantation, Doi Tung, Mae Sai, and other northern provincial attractions are nearby. The owner was lovely, and I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Chiang Rai.
