A 100 baht deposit is required for the key. This is a quality motel with proper hotel amenities and service. The best!

Everything was spotless and quiet, with a good location. My room had a fridge and the shower always had hot water. I can't find anything to fault, and I think the place deserves a higher score. If I come back to Mae Hong Son, I'll book here again.

Coffee, tea, and toast are available for breakfast near reception, and there's secure parking. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the hot water and air con were great. It's only a short walk to everything. We were very happy with our stay.

The high-season rate was 700 THB, and the lake is about a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are nice. I'd recommend this place over most nearby guesthouses, though Piya GH is often fully booked.
