Check-in took almost 45 minutes, and the whole stay was unpleasant. The staff couldn't find my booking for a superior double room at first. After about 20 minutes, they found it, but told me I had a twin room. I said I'd booked and paid for a double. The staff member said I should have arrived earlier to get one, since all the doubles were taken. After I pushed back and they made a few calls, they said they had a double for me. But the room they showed me had two twin beds pushed together. Later I found out the room was above the nightly discotheque, with loud music and bass going until well after 2 a.m. I had an event that evening, and when I returned, I was told I had to walk through the discotheque to get to my room. I skipped breakfast because it was served in the discotheque room and I wasn't sure what I'd get.

The night market starts right across the street, so the location was excellent during my motorcycle trip. There was ample parking, and breakfast was included with a set menu to choose from. The rooms were okay, though a little dated.

For 800 baht, including breakfast, I thought this was a steal for one night. The place is old, but there's plenty of parking and it's convenient for getting around. It's right in front of the riverside night market. Staff were helpful when it took a while for the shower water to heat up. The room was clean and had the basic necessities. We had a simple American breakfast and fried rice before leaving.

I stayed overnight on 24/12/2011 while motorbiking around Thailand. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the price is reasonable compared with nearby hotels. It's in the heart of town, with the night market and sightseeing spots within walking distance. There is open parking for motorbikes inside the hotel grounds.

It's reasonably priced and right in the heart of town, within easy walking distance of the night market and sightseeing. Wat Jong Klang and Wat Jong Kum aren't very far either. The hotel has an antique-style wooden look, but the room and bathroom are small, and there's no elevator.
