The latest change I noticed was in January 2023: the older owners had handed the resort to the next generation, and the rates were 500 without breakfast or 800 with it. Water pressure upstairs had improved, though the rooms had aged and needed more attention. The pillows, towels and bathroom weren’t perfectly clean, and the place felt less cared for than before. Back in 2019, prices were fair, the rooms were good and the views were beautiful. The owners were very kind. On busy days it could get noisy when large Thai families were staying, unlike the quieter weekdays. Thai food at breakfast was fine, but the Farmhouse bread and ordinary jam weren’t. Upstairs rooms had nice views, but low water pressure made a warm shower uncomfortable, though still possible.

The room was big and clean, the view was beautiful, and the service was friendly. It was a fair price too. If I’m back in Mae Hong Son city, I’d stay here again.

There’s coffee and bread in the morning, and whether breakfast is included depends on the room rate. The prices are reasonable and feel like good value. The atmosphere is pleasant, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and lovely.
