I was recovering from food poisoning when I arrived at Chilli, and she really looked after me. She went to the supermarket for me, moved me to a quieter room, and was available around the clock when I had questions. She and her partner, a 75 year old doctor, even offered to drive me places, including the supermarket and the light festival. I could also join the other owner, a 75 year old doctor, on a trip to Doi Inthanon, and he was happy to show me around. They were both incredibly friendly. The rooms were clean and nice, with a good shower. The area is lovely too, outside the busy city and near a lake with beautiful mountain views. You can visit the lake by bike, and I was able to use theirs for free. After my stay, Chilli took me to the airport. I felt welcome and comfortable, and I’d recommend staying here.
