We paid 790 bht for one night through Agoda, and they didn't ask for a deposit. Service was very good, and the staff spoke English fluently. The place was clean and cozy, with a quiet feel. It's right next to Lotus, so getting food is easy.

Room 10 was a spacious, two-story townhouse-style place, and I stayed there for two months. Nut and Pong went out of their way to book things for me when my Thai wasn't good enough to manage it myself. The First Residence cafe has reasonably priced meals, and you can have them delivered to your room. They also do laundry and ironing for a fair fee. For the services I got, the money was well spent. I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't need to be in Chiang Mai. Visit Sala Cafe, about 20 minutes from FR.

The rooms are set back from the main road, so it's very quiet. They're clean, and parking is good. The hotel is easy to reach and you can spot it from the road.

The room was clean and had plenty of space. Although the place is right on the main road, the rooms sit farther back and I didn't hear any noise. It's an affordable place to stay.

The breakfast was awful, just instant coffee with no milk, so I had to go buy some at the supermarket. The restaurant wasn't open, and the hotel is beside a busy road, so it was noisy. They charged 790 bht for a single room. Not good at all!
