We had to leave and find somewhere else because the room was in such bad shape that our son couldn't breathe. There were broken tiles and a lot of mold. I rarely give a one, and never in Thailand, because places try so hard to make things nice, but this isn't a resort. It's old buildings beside the owner's house. The owner lied about the room and raised the prices for a busy weekend. We booked for four, then she said we'd have to pay for another upgrade. She was very pushy and controlling.

The staff really made my stay at Flora Hill. Everyone was kind, attentive, and helpful, and I was very pleased with the room too. I spent a few nights at this fantastic mountain resort in Chiang Mai, surrounded by pretty views and flowers everywhere.

The owner is so kind, and the staff are friendly too. This place is amazing! I really recommend the Hot-Pot at Night. One set is only 500 baht and tastes so good.
