Franjipani Home

Ravinan, the owner, is amazing, and her extraordinary staff live nearby and respond quickly and proactively. They try to anticipate what you might need and exceeded our expectations. We loved staying at Frangipani Home for three weeks and wished we could have stayed much longer. The house is in an ideal location in an area we loved. From the house we could easily walk to local stores, restaurants, the daily town market, and our favorite, the big Tuesday night market. There's an excellent air-conditioned van service nearby that guests can hire anytime to go anywhere. Old City Chiang Mai and the airport are only 30 minutes away, and the area is great for cycling. You can ride through the local countryside to see tropical nature, waterfalls, temples, markets, and small friendly communities. The garden is packed with gorgeous vegetation, so many exotic trees, flowers, and other beautiful natural things surround this delightful home. It also has a well-maintained swimming pool. Large opening glass panels in the living room make the space feel open and fresh, with a great view of the garden. The little road to the house runs beneath magnificent teak trees, and at its end is one of Thailand's most beautiful and renowned temples. Turn right there and you'll find Frangipani Home in a quaint neighborhood.
