I came during haze season and was surprised to find the place closed. There was no notice on Google Maps or signboard, and nobody was there. Even with the haze, the view was quite nice, though parking is limited. It should be fine to come outside haze season.

The hosts are great, and the views are wonderful. It's the best view I've found outside the city of Chiang Mai, and a place I'll never forget.

A cozy resort with a lovely view. Since it's a farm, there are lots of activities to try. We highly recommend staying here to experience Chiang Mai's true nature.

Natjan and Thomas looked after me so well, and I couldn't have asked for better treatment. They both have a great sense of humour, and even their dog was a friendly character. My trip to Pong Yang farm was educational and a lot of fun. The farm overlooks a beautiful part of Thailand and makes a great retreat that's easy to reach from Chiang Mai. I'm sure other guests would feel the same.

Come for the mountain scenery and natural views, and enjoy the cold northern Thailand air. The local food feels luxurious while still being reasonably priced.
