There’s a kitchen area and two toilets, and the place is very affordable. The rooms look quite new and are nice, and the staff are friendly and great. I’d definitely recommend it.

The views from this hilltop property are beautiful, and there are three temples within walking distance. The homes are modern, the property is clean, and the neighbors are just as lovely as the owners. The landlords are kind and answer questions promptly. I didn’t run into any problems during my stay, and I highly recommend this place. It feels like a real community, and I haven’t seen another property like it in Mae Sai.

We were so impressed that we’ll definitely come back. P'Pol took great care of us, and the room was fantastic, especially the five-star pillows, mattress, and blankets. There are even two bathrooms, which is unusual at this price. For older guests, it’s convenient to park and walk straight into the room. The morning air was 13 degrees Celsius, and P'Pol had drip coffee ready for us. Wat Phra That Doi Wao is nearby, best visited in the morning or evening to avoid the heat. We ate at the delicious Yen Ta Fo noodle shop both nights, and there’s a massage shop in front of the Sai Lom Joy post office. Come once and you’ll be hooked!

The rooms are very spacious, and the whole place is new, clean, and reasonably priced. It’s close to a temple and the Mae Sai border market with Myanmar, with lovely views and fresh air. The owner is incredibly friendly and kind. In the morning, they even leave raw coffee beans and dragon's blood tea for you. Great accommodation for the price.
