It felt worth the price, with rooms at 450, 550, and 650. The newest option has only two rooms available 🔥. Tesco and Makro are nearby, which is handy. I really recommend the place, and my family would stay again if we’re in the area 🫶🏻.

We booked two nights but left after just one. The staff were rude and unhelpful, the bathroom had cockroaches and other bugs, and the air conditioning didn’t work. The furniture was old, although the bed was comfortable. Our room was beside the pool, where people were still swimming at 10 pm. After that awful stay, we checked out the next morning and were charged 100 baht for used towels. There are plenty of cheaper, nicer options in Mae Sai. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I’d rather sleep in my car.

The surroundings were beautiful and relaxing, and the staff were friendly. I had a lovely one-night stay at Huen Kam Resort; the room was comfortable and clean.

The price is 450-550 baht, but the place is filthy and disgusting. Everything seems broken, there are mosquitoes everywhere, and nothing is clean. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work. This hotel should be demolished. Don’t go!

It was very cheap and quiet, with a decent-sized room and amenities. After my tablet was stolen in Myanmar, the staff were helpful and offered assistance even after I’d checked out.
