The room was kept tidy with daily cleaning, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our street-facing room picked up some nightlife noise, but we still slept fine. On the first night there was no hot water, so we were moved to another room even though we hadn’t complained. We left happy with the stay.

Good hotel, very nice. Felt like good value for the money.

The room was neat and clean, and everyone working there was warm and kind. Malin Plaza is right beside it, while Patong Beach and Simon Cabaret Show are about five minutes away. A great spot, and I’d recommend it.

Right beside Malin Plaza, and it’s easy to get around from here.

There are some downsides: a loud street, a noisy air conditioner, only cold water, and the odd insect around. Aside from those things, everything was great.
