The location is good, the service is very kind, and the price is reasonable. My room was big but very old. The shower was tiny and not functional, there was no electric kettle, and the TV was so small that you could barely see anything on it. Breakfast was very good, though for the room price it was okay.

Pigeons nesting in the eaves outside my room were my one real annoyance, since they could be noisy in the early hours. Otherwise, the location is excellent, close to markets, places to eat, and the border crossing to Myanmar. The room was large and well furnished, with a comfortable bed, though the pillow was firmer than I like. I still slept well. The bathroom was spacious, with nice fittings and plenty of hot water. The hotel is fairly new and in good condition, but the construction workmanship didn’t seem the best and might deteriorate quickly. I’d stay again while it remains in its current condition.

At 9 pm I was glad to find a room for 1000 baht by walking in. The location is very handy for the street food along the main road at night, but the room was old and not cleaned well.
