At 400 Baht a night without breakfast, this is a good budget option for a short stay. The room has air conditioning and a hot water bathroom, and it feels private and quiet. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the old TV didn’t work. It’s also handy for getting around, about a 5-minute walk to the highway bus station and 8 minutes to Lotus.

It’s an inexpensive place near the highway bus station, but breakfast isn’t included. Lotus Mae sot is about an 8-minute walk if you want to go there for breakfast.

After a very long bus ride, this was just what I needed. The rooms were clean and a good size, and the couple running the place were lovely. It’s affordable and quiet, with the border, bus station, and airport nearby. Tesco shopping mall is just down the road, with everything you need.

For 400 a night, I’d call it pretty average. I’ve stayed in worse places that cost more, though, and this had what I wanted: a clean bed, warm shower, AC, and an airport and bus terminal nearby. I’ll probably stay here again if I’m back in Mae Sot👍

There are a few eateries and a small store nearby, and checkout is at 1pm. The room was big and clean, with its own bathroom, toilet, and warm shower. Mae Sot bus station is only a 5-minute walk away. A tuk tuk to the Myanmar border crossing costs 120B.
