The shower area was a little odd, and the connections between that part of the rooms were slightly disconcerting, even though they were well above head height. I guess that’s for ventilation. The owners could consider serving evening meals if they can match the quality of breakfast. We loved our stay: friendly service, a quirky but comfortable building, and very convenient for local restaurants and the main places in Mae Sot. The parking at the back wasn’t obvious at first, but the owner kindly showed us where it was. Breakfast had excellent choices, and we enjoyed all the dishes, sharing some so everyone could try them.

The area is super calm and quiet, and Mae Sot is small enough that you can walk to town and restaurants quite quickly. The hotel rents bikes and motorbikes if you need to go further. It’s a very nice place with air conditioning, hot water, and breakfast with different options. The local house style leaves a gap between the walls and roof, so noise carries between rooms, especially through the bathroom area.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, and breakfast was very good. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, with a great shower. The bed is typical Thai, a little hard but okay. I’d definitely come back. Matt From Australia 🇦🇺 ❤️

Don’t expect Western-style accommodation here. It’s classy Thai all the way, beautifully decorated with minimalist furnishings, and the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. The family-run B&B style is welcoming, and the tatami-style beds are very comfortable. Great value and comfort.
