The room was large and basic, clean, and fairly priced, though not modern or fancy. Mine was a 300 THB fan room with no hot water. I believe the AC rooms with hot water are 400 THB. It had two single beds, a private bath, TV, wifi, a private balcony with a clothes rack, soap, shampoo, instant coffee, a table, chair, bench, and a plug near the bed. There was plenty of outdoor seating on the covered public balcony by the room entrance. I was traveling by bicycle and they let me bring it into the room. I only speak English, so finding the place was a bit difficult. Check-in was at the "Ai Cafe and space". I booked through booking.com, but even with a deal, I think paying in person is cheaper. booking.com calls it Sataya Apartments, though I didn't see any sign with that name. If you find the Ai cafe, you're in the right place.

The staff were very accommodating with non-Thai residents, and the monthly rates were cheap. It worked perfectly for me while I was working at the neighbouring school.

The owner was helpful and provided good service, but I didn't get the bed I'd reserved. I had booked a large single bed, and they only had two single beds available.

It's near Phadung Naree School, the price is reasonable, and the review matches the description. The air conditioner compressor is a bit noisy.
