The house and location have potential, but the place needs major renovation. It feels like a resort that opened for rentals and then wasn't cleaned or given a proper kitchen setup. Part of the roof is broken and hasn't been fixed. While we were smoking BBQ, a swarm of hornets appeared out of nowhere, which made dinner pretty nerve-racking with them flying around. In its current condition, I wouldn't visit.

The photos look lovely, but the place itself is very old. There are five beds arranged across three large rooms, although the listing calls them five fake bedrooms. The place has a somewhat creepy feel. The regular rent is 10,000 baht, though it can be brought down to 6,000 baht. If you miss out on a booking, they'll refund you, but charge 900 baht for housekeeping. I won't list every flaw unless asked. If they want to keep doing business, they should update the actual photos and be clear about what's there and what's missing. I feel sorry for whoever gets caught out next.
