Andaman Embrace Patong

We've stayed here for years and keep looking forward to coming back. The location is one of the reasons we love it, and the newer rooms are spacious and comfortable. Fun on the reception team always makes sure we're happy and is so helpful and welcoming. Ton, the luggage concierge, greets us every time too. Breakfast is the one letdown, and improving it would make the stay a 10/10. Thanks, see you again.

The pool was one of my favorite parts of the stay. There were plenty of loungers, so finding somewhere to relax never felt stressful, and Kong and the rest of the bar team made the area fun and welcoming. Kong is a gem. The cocktail specials had a good range and were well made. My room had everything I needed, including working air conditioning, shower gowns, and a beach bag. Fresh pool towels were available each day. The rooms and shared areas were well kept, and breakfast was cleanly laid out with lots of choices for different tastes. The reception staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. They answered my questions patiently and made settling in easy. The hotel is close to everything in Patong while still feeling safe and comfortable. It's a relaxed, easy place to stay, and I'd happily come back and recommend it to anyone heading to Phuket.

Fon made our time at the bar a highlight. The drinks were phenomenal, but it was Fon's warm energy and welcoming service that really stood out. The hospitality from the whole team was top-tier. Thanks to everyone, and especially Fon, for making the holiday so memorable. We'd just wrapped up our stay at * Andaman Embrace and are already planning to return. The location made it easy to walk to markets, the beach, and the local action, while the grounds felt like a peaceful tropical oasis when we came back. Our room was comfortable, clean, beautifully designed, and a great place to unwind after a day out or by the pool. The resort really delivered on rooms, location, and service. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed in a ground-floor room with private pool access. It was spotless, nicely decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety. The location was close to what we wanted to explore but quiet enough for a good night's sleep. It was a little expensive for Phuket, but worth it if you enjoy a good-quality hotel. The staff were welcoming and very helpful from the moment we arrived.
