The outdoor area is a good idea, but the interior wasn't very comfortable and the room didn't feel worth the price. I think it should cost less.

I'm really disappointed with how the place is managed and the service. The room hadn't been prepared properly: the amenities weren't checked, the remote had no batteries, it smelled musty, the bathroom wasn't very clean, there were lots of mosquitoes, and the water pressure was low. I also paid extra for a bed and got the bed and towels, but no drinking water. When I asked, they told me only the bed was included. And when I asked about the parking, they encouraged customers to ignore the rules. There were marked motorcycle spots being used by larger vehicles, and the response was, “They are our customers too.”

The room is clean, with no musty smell, and the air conditioner is clean and odorless. It is a little small for the price, but fine for a short stay and best for two people at most. There's also a coin-operated washing machine.

It's an affordable, new, clean, and private room, with everything provided. The location is convenient for walking to the market to find food and drinks, and there's also a 7-Eleven and Lotus supermarket nearby.
