mai Residence sits on the Phratamnak headland, the quiet stretch of green between Pattaya and Jomtien where the traffic thins out and the pace slows down. Downstairs you'll find Amai Pancakery, our own café, known for Japanese-style soufflé pancakes made to order and worth the wait. Coffee from the morning, cocktails in the evening, and a place to sit that feels more like a local haunt than a hotel lobby. Rooms are comfortable and uncluttered, with everything you need for a longer stay. Cosy Beach is a short walk, Pattaya Beach and Jomtien are both a few minutes by road, and the Sanctuary of Truth, Bali Hai Pier and Walking Street are all within easy reach when you want the noise.
