The rooms are good, but I couldn't sleep properly day or night because of a beeping alarm. If anyone on the floor leaves a door open, it goes off again and again. I think it beeps for ten minutes every hour. Nobody answered the call, and there were no service staff to help. It was so annoying and ruined my trip. 6th Floor.

For falangs, I have to mention the passport issue. I've been coming to Thailand for 25 years and have lived here for 8 years, and no hotel has ever asked me for a passport before. A driving licence with my name and updated passport ID was always enough. I handed over my passport, so that part wasn't a problem, but then they also demanded to see my visa. That's totally unacceptable. The owner gave those orders. If that's his dream, he can sell the hotel and go work in immigration. Otherwise, the hotel was nice. I suppose for Thais.

The reception service was pleasant, the price was good, and there's a lift. Parking spaces are plentiful along the hotel. The rooms aren't the biggest, but the furnishings are decent and functional. The toilet and shower worked well, and the glass wall between them is a nice plus.

In my 50 years, this is the first time I've ever been unable to pay cash. The hotel only expects credit cards. I don't use my cards abroad because of the charges and the fraud that happens in Asia.
