The staff really made the stay for us. They seemed to care about guests having a good time at the resort. I also loved the mix of Thai tradition and modern luxury in the architecture, especially the sunlight coming through the trees and the lighting after dark. We barely noticed any mosquitoes, though they could be a nuisance. I’d like better quality amenities and small towels at the onsen, like the ones in Japan. I also don’t understand the box around the amenity wrapping when the aim is to reduce waste. We even got to film behind the scenes of their Christmas season promotion.

The grounds are beautiful, with greenery, ponds with koi, several pools, and a private beach for guests. Our room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the balcony looked out over the pool. We also appreciated the welcome gifts and the well-stocked minibar. Dinner at the Seafood restaurant was delicious, and breakfast the next morning was good too. The staff were friendly, courteous, always smiling, and attentive to every need. Most spoke English, which was nice even though we didn't need it. I'm glad we chose the Andaz, and I'll definitely be back.

We spent the afternoons by the pool and watched the sunset with cocktails. The beach is right there, and the water around this part of Jomtien seemed calmer and cleaner than along the main strip. Staff were friendly, and the atmosphere had energy while still feeling peaceful. Andaz Pattaya is a great weekend escape from Bangkok if you appreciate good design: teakwood structures, beachfront infinity pools, and photo-worthy corners everywhere. The style and comfort made it a 10/10 for me.

The gardens were lush and peaceful, and breakfast had a great spread of fresh, high-quality food. Our room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and take in the surroundings. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel looked after throughout. Room service arrived a little cool, which was a small thing but worth mentioning. It's a bit of a drive to central Pattaya, though the calm and beauty of the resort made up for that. We had a wonderful stay at Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach, and it’s a lovely option for a relaxing beach break outside the busy city.
