I was already hungry and confused by the time I got there in the dark, with no idea where the service counter was. I’d told the staff I booked through Agoda, but all they gave me was a room number. There was no fridge, and I couldn’t get in touch with anyone to order food, drinks, or even ice. I’d planned to visit Nakhon Nayok, but this place seemed to offer nothing beyond handing over the room number. It was my first stay here, and if I get the chance, I probably won’t come back.

We showed them the transfer slip, but they still acted as though we hadn’t paid and asked us for more cash. We said no and asked to leave because the whole thing felt wrong. We’d booked through Agoda and sent the money to the 123 Service account connected to Agoda. When we checked the booking, the accommodation asked which account we’d paid into, even though we couldn’t see that information. They then said it was the wrong page on Agoda. If the place was really closed, why were we still able to book and transfer money? Why should we have to pay twice? This looks like a scam. Very bad.

The room was neat and clean, though the TV only showed a blue screen and wouldn’t work. The wooden door sagged and scraped loudly along the floor whenever I opened it. It still hadn’t been fixed.
