I paid 1500 baht for a Saturday stay. Things were okay overall, but the room wasn’t very clean. The mattress was a little dusty and smelled musty, as if room 404 hadn’t been used much.

I’ve stayed here many times and keep being impressed. It’s not expensive, and the rooms are private, pleasant, and clean, with air conditioning, a TV, a refrigerator, and a water heater. The atmosphere is nice and uncrowded, and the staff are very attentive. I recommend it.
I was really disappointed with this stay. The room wasn’t very clean, especially the bed, sheets, and pillowcases, which had stains and dirt. I stayed here two months ago and it wasn’t this dirty then. They should improve the cleanliness.
My first stay here was good, but the second was a letdown. I called on a Saturday about an hour and a half before arriving and was quoted 1,200 baht, which seemed expensive, though I know weekend rates can be higher. While I was calling other places, the hotel rang back and asked whether I had found a room. I said I hadn't, and they told me another guest had cancelled, so the rate would be 700 baht. I agreed and said I'd be there in about an hour. Nobody mentioned a deposit. When I got there, they said my room had been given to someone else because they weren't sure I'd show up. They offered a different room, but I chose to stay elsewhere. I was very disappointed.
The mattress wasn't clean, even though the room itself felt comfortable. Breakfast was meant to run until 10:30 AM, but when I headed out at 9:20 AM, they said only coffee was left. There was no rice, unlike when I checked in.
