The service was terrible, and the property owner was very stingy. We lost hours when the electricity was cut off, and the owners refused to compensate us for the time wasted. The pool had far too much chlorine, and we even found a lizard in the room. Anyone telling you this place is good is lying to your face. I'd never go back.

I didn't stay there myself, I was across the road in a private house. But the guests I talked to couldn't praise the place highly enough.

There are 15 TY Holiday Pool Villa Pattaya villas, with options from 5 to 13 rooms and space for groups of up to 18. Small and large villas are available, starting at 8,900 baht. It seems suited to a big family or group of friends wanting either a relaxing break or a party. They have a pool, pool table, ping pong table, karaoke, lifebuoys, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue grill, and parking. Every room uses a keycard. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. In the morning, you can request a floating tray for photos and ask for the style you want.

There's plenty of space and a swimming pool of its own, but the place is quite a way from the busy area, which makes shopping inconvenient. Some bathroom facilities are old and unusable. There are also lots of mosquitoes. 🥲🥲🥲

The location is convenient, a short way before the Pattaya Central intersection. Turn left off the motorway onto Sukhumvit Road.
