The pool is huge and the atmosphere is great. The management team is friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it as a second home.

For a very affordable price, you can rent a condo instead of staying in a small hotel room. It’s quiet, with fresh air and a nice place to relax. You should try it.

The security staff did a good job, but the rest of the service was poor, unfriendly, and disrespectful. When we arrived, there was no reception, so we didn’t know where to check in. We had to call the renter, who gave us directions by phone but didn’t come to meet us. We stayed six days and never saw a housekeeper. The towels weren’t changed, and we had to take care of everything ourselves. When I asked about staying three more days to handle business nearby, they asked what we’d paid online but wouldn’t tell us the actual price, which was normally cheaper. I looked for the best rate to continue renting. We also asked to leave our 11 bags somewhere in the resort while we ran errands before checking in again, but the renter wouldn’t help or store them, saying check-in was only after 2:00 p.m. We had to load everything into an extra-large car and take it with us. They also didn’t report our check-in to the immigration office, as hotels normally do. We had to do it ourselves and ran into problems with the immigration officer because there was no record of my stay in Pattaya. I had to pay a 2000 baht fine, and the renter neither helped nor apologized.

The pool area is really great, and the recent improvements to La La Land Lake make it even better. It’s a well-established apartment complex and can feel a bit dated, but the older buildings tend to have more space, and the build quality seems better despite advances in materials and technology.
