There are so many places called “View Talay” in Pattaya that it can be confusing for visitors and taxi drivers alike. Room 404/87 is the reception for 'View Talay Holiday Resort', with a number of villas much like the ones in the photos. Turn left at Kiss Food & Drink restaurant, where the food is very nice. The place is quiet and private, with a full kitchen, a pool, TVs and WIFI. The rooms are quite spacious and get cleaned daily.

Please check the listing carefully before booking. I paid 3,200 baht, though you can stay for 660 baht. The Agoda ad said it was a private house with a pool, but when I got there it was an apartment building beside another one. It wasn’t as advertised, and I felt scammed.
