The hotel itself is nice and the staff are really pleasant, but the Agoda listing gives false information. The Superior King room is shown with a bathtub, yet there isn't one. Agoda needs to compensate me for that false claim. This is bad business practice.

Not worth the four-star label. Basic things like hand towels and a toothbrush were missing, and the small pool is dirty and stays in the shade, so it wasn't enjoyable. The building feels old, there's just one elevator and the wait can drag on, and parking is scarce and often full. The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable, at least. Maybe fine for a night or two below 1000 Baht, but otherwise I'd skip it.

The staff came across as unfriendly and unhelpful, and checking in felt like being lectured at a college hostel. For 15 minutes they told me not to move the cups or spoons, not to boil anything but water in the kettle, and not to eat fruit in the room. They also said there'd be no free water for three days, then kept going. A really miserable hotel. Don't ruin your mood by booking here.

We couldn't stay longer, which was a shame. The room was spacious and had modern facilities, including a TV with Netflix and other apps. The staff were very friendly, and the property felt secure, with a friendly guard on duty. The pool area has a cozy atmosphere and stays open until around 10 pm. I'd highly recommend it for a stay in Thailand, and the prices are reasonable.

The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from all the madness, or you can stay in and relax by the pool. The hotel is great, the staff were lovely, the room was cleaned every day, and the gym facilities were good. Across the street there's a family-run restaurant with good food, plus a great little coffee van.
