The central location is convenient, but it stays quiet enough to relax, and the hotel is guest-friendly too. I've made this my usual Pattaya stay for three years, visiting twice a year. My rooms have always been spacious and clean, and the staff attentive and genuinely friendly. I don't recognize the complaints about poor cleaning or unfriendly service from my own stays. Housekeeping has been easy to deal with. I once needed extra hangers, and they were happy to help. They'll even work around your routine when arranging the cleaning. I haven't tried the gym or other facilities, so I can't speak to those. Thanks to the whole staff.

For the money, the 160sqm two-bedroom apartment gives you a lot of space, though the hotel feels more like a solid four-star place than a five-star one now. We stayed five nights. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms quiet with the windows shut, the staff friendly and accommodating, and the rooftop pool decent. It's guest-friendly as well. There was a musty smell in the wardrobes and kitchen when we arrived. Wiping things down and running the A/C to dehumidify for a day cleared it. There's no washer/dryer, just a new washer without a drying function, which is a real downside in an apartment hotel. Cleaning staff did supply a drying rack. Breakfast was mediocre, and there are better choices nearby, including the hotel across the road. Good value if you don't mind airing the apartment out.

The rooms are huge, more like one-bedroom apartments, and the terrace is roomy and useful. There’s a nice pool, helpful staff, a good location, and a very good TV. The hotel is a bit old, but well kept, with daily cleaning, and it’s excellent value. I’d stay again on a longer trip when I want more room. Recommend.

The staff went out of their way to help, and I'd especially like to thank Ms Rattana for looking after us. It's family-friendly, with clean rooms and all the amenities. The location is handy for the major centres in Pattaya, and there's a 7/11 just a few steps away along with some nice restaurants. Amazing hotel, and I'd recommend it to all kinds of travelers.
