Supalai Mare Pattaya Condo Sea View by Dome

The condo has spacious units, starting at 35 sqm for a studio and 45 sqm for a one-bedroom. It has a beautiful view and a good location.

The room at Supalai Mare is comfortable and feels great, and the view is exceptional, stretching 180° from Jomthian to Pattaya Beach. The downside is the long wait to reach your unit. The elevator is much too small for the number of people living in the complex.

I left Supalai Mare with mixed feelings after expecting a lot. The view, the building, and the staff seem nice in theory, and those are the reasons for the stars I gave it. Decide for yourself. The elevators are a real problem. There are just three for what feels like a whole town, and they’re programmed so badly that waiting for one can take longer than being in your room. The people living there also affected my experience. It’s common for residents to leave their doors open into the hallway, and then my whole room smells like Chinatown. I’d avoid coming with kids. It seems like a lot of Pattaya freelancers live in the building, and you may have to explain the short clothes and exposed breasts to your children. It feels like a little Khao San Road. Once was enough for me.

This unit is brand new, and Supalai Mare @ Pattaya could be a nice home for you and your family. The local market and restaurants are within walking distance. It’s a nice condominium, with friendly, attentive staff and facilities including a gym, sauna, swimming pool, and PH lounge on the top floor.
